Opportunity
We uncovered patterns in how users created campaigns, revealing an opportunity to develop specialised templates tailored to our ICPs and their specific use cases. These insights pointed to a clear need for targeted, persona-driven experiences to reduce friction and improve campaign success.
Solution & Result
Drawing from user research and behavioural data, we identified recurring patterns in how different customer segments approached campaign creation. In response, we designed Campaign Plays, a curated library of ready-to-use templates tailored by industry and campaign type.
The name “Plays” was intentional, inspired by the idea of a well-executed performance each template provides a guided, step-by-step structure that helps users build effective campaigns quickly and confidently.
